Concord Rise

A story goes like this: A man’s house was flooded, and he climbed onto the roof, praying for God to rescue him. Soon, a helicopter came by. He waved it off, saying, “God will rescue me.” Then a boat arrived. Again, he refused. “God will rescue me.” Finally, a drone hovered overhead, offering help. He declined once more. The man drowned. When he met God, his first question was, “Why didn’t you rescue me?” God replied, “I sent you a helicopter, a boat, and a drone.” Isn’t that just like us? Waiting for divine intervention, when maybe—just maybe—God has already sent the rescue party, and we missed it. I’ve spoken to many about taking action against corruption in our world. Too often, the response is silence or a shrug. That’s why I started this blog: to motivate people to act—not alone, but together. United, we Believers can make noise where there’s been silence. We can stand against the devil’s willing accomplices here on Earth.
